Eve/Mygic litter

On Friday January 25th we took Eve in for an x-ray to determine how many puppies to expect on Super Bowl weekend. It wasn't the best x-ray, but we counted nine skulls and all of the abdomen wasn't shown. We are looking at possibly nine to twelve puppies in this litter. No matter how many puppies Eve carries we pray that they will be born alive and healthy.

The wait is on. The Super Bowl game is over! Congratulations Giants! We are waiting for puppies to make their appearance.

Ridgewood/Raid The Wind and Highlander Shiloh Shepherds are please to announce that on February 4, 2008, twelve beautiful sable puppies arrived. Six males/six females -- we have nicknamed them "Ridgewood's Little Giants" since Eve's labor started during the Super Bowl game. These puppies ranged from 20 oz to 11 oz in birth weight. Eve and puppies are doing well and will be watched closely over the next weeks. Below are a few pictures taken before and after their birth. Enjoy!
